Food allergies

Food intolerances/sensitivities

Common food allergens are milk, eggs, fish and shellfish, nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, food additives, MSG, mustard, rice and spices.

Common symptoms are diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, cramping, addominal distension (bloating) and pain.
